Nottingham’s Winter Wonderland has issued an update to visitors after the city was hit by heavy snowfall overnight.
Due to the significant snowfall, some of the event’s market stalls are due to open later than normal.

Hide AdA spokesperson said: “Due to the snowy weather, our Market Stalls will open slightly later than usual.
“The Ice Rink: Our Sky Skate Ice Path, family and children's ice rinks will all be open as normal
“The Observation Wheel, Sur La Piste, Altitude, and all of our other attractions are still open, so you can still enjoy the magic of Winter Wonderland!
“We appreciate your understanding and apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, we hope to see you soon!”

Hide AdNottingham’s Winter Wonderland opened last Wednesday (November 13) and wil run until December 31.
A yellow weather warning for snow and ice expired at 10am, although a number of Nottingham schools have been confirmed closed.
Several bus services are not operating as normal and drivers are experiencing further disruption on other major routes.
A Cold Health Alert remains in place until 6pm on November 23.
