Nottingham experienced heavy snowfall overnight, with several inches falling in and around the city.
A yellow weather warning for snow and ice remains in place until 10am, with several schools already confirmed closed.
A number of bus services are not operating as normal and drivers are experiencing further disruption on other major routes.

The cold snap is set to last until the end of the week, with a Cold Health Alert in place until 6pm on November 23.
