Nottingham World Competition: Win Tickets to Arboretum Beer Festival

The Arboretum Beer Festival is back for a third year and we’ve teamed up with DHP Family to giveaway a pair of tickets and a handful of beer tokens to get you started, as well as a special commemorative festival beer cup.

The all-day event takes place in the historic Arboretum park on Saturday 26 August. Now apopular fixture on the city calendar, the festival showcases dozens of great real ales and craft beers from local breweries and beyond, alongside live music and entertainment around the park’s iconic Victorian bandstand.

Deep Down Brass return following their epic set last year. The awesome musicians willplay popular hits from a variety of genres, each with its own twist. Also playing are T-F-I 90s, providing a whole load of Britpop anthems and indie classics.

The Outriders take on history’s jukebox never fails to get the audience on its feet and rocking, singing along and calling for more. Acapella choir Totally Vocally bring their pure harmonised vocals to contemporary pop, rock, funk and gospel. Eighties Things DJs will play a DJ set of hits from across the decade to close the day with a blast.

Street food vendors curated by Bustler Market provide something for everyone. Indulge in Indian street food from Chilli Kitchen, pick up a New Yorkshire Pizza or grab something sweet from Just Ice. You can also tempt yourself to vegan treats from specialists Wholesome Junkies and Ramen noodles from Homeboys.

Tickets priced £15. All ages welcome. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.
