‘Great craic’: New two-level Irish bar offering Sunday roasts opening in Nottingham this weekend
The new bar will open in Carrington Street
A new two-level Irish bar offering Sunday roasts and bottomless brunch is opening in Nottingham this weekend.
The Shamrock Social, in 6-8 Carrington Street, will open its doors at 11am on Saturday, February 28.
The new bar has taken over two units that have been vacant for 10 years, with restoration work having been completed over the past few months.
Initially offering extensive food and drink menus, The Shamrock Social will also feature live music and pool tables.
Over the coming weeks, the bar plans to expand its offering to bottomless brunches and Sunday roasts.
The venue will also be available for private hire, catering for events such as parties and other celebrations.
With its opening weekend coming just three weeks before St Patrick’s Day, the bar promises “no gimmicks, just great music, great drinks, and a proper Irish celebration”.
