‘After many great years’: Nottingham shop to close within days with huge sale now underway

A Nottingham textiles shop is to close this weekend after many years of trading.

Filigree Factory Shop, in Mansfield Road, Daybrook will permanently close at 2pm on Saturday, February 21.

The shop, which sells a range of curtains, blinds and other textiles, announced its impending closure on Facebook yesterday (Thursday, February 19).

The post said: “We would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who has supported the shop over the years. Your loyalty and custom have meant so much to us.”

The business’s other site in Ripley, Derbyshire, will remain open.

A closing-down sale is now underway at the Nottingham site, with customers able to get 10% off all products.
