The James Richards Circus will put on shows over the Easter break

A park near Nottingham is to host a five-day circus over the Easter school holidays. 

West Park in Long Eaton will host the James Richards Circus between Wednesday, April 3 and Sunday, April 7.

The 90-minute-long shows will feature all the classic elements of an old-fashioned circus, including aerial displays, illusions, and a devil stick display. 

In total, there will be eight performances over the circus’ five-day residency in West Park, with tickets starting from £8 per person. 

Since forming in 2018, James Richards Circus has wowed people of all ages across the country.

Tickets can be purchased online or by visiting the on-site box office, which will be open from 12pm on Wednesday, April 3. 

The James Richards Circus Facebook page is currently giving away four lots of five group tickets for the West Park performances.
