Nottingham Forest will launch their official new store in the city centre today on Friday, August 18 from 9:30am. The store will allow supporters to purchase items including all three of the 2023/4 adidas kits.

The shop on Smithy Row will be an expansion to Forest’s current presence at Old Market Square’s Nottingham Tourism Centre. As part of the event, Forest will also take over Nottingham Beach to host a fun and family friendly experience which will include live music, activities, football freestyler and competitions.

There will also be a live Q&A with Forest players and club legends throughout the day where fans will be able to meet the players. The store will be officially opened with a ribbon cutting led by two first-team players as part of a special unveiling event in Nottingham City Centre on Friday August 18 at 9:30am, ahead of Forest’s first home Premier League fixture against Sheffield United.

Earlier this year, Nottingham Forest announced it had signed a multi-year deal with adidas and that the brand would become the official kit partner for all teams from July. adidas will manufacture all of Forest’s technical apparel and playing kit, including its home kit which was revealed on Thursday 13 July.

Forest has a history with adidas as players previously wore the trademark three stripes on their shirts in 1979 and 1980. adidas also manufactured Forest’s official kit from 2013 to 2018. Forest reportedly had an agreement with Macron until 2025 but opted to accept what has been called the most lucrative sponsorship deal in the club’s history.
