Penny Lane can be found in the heart of Nottingham’s Lace Market. It is considered quite the hidden gem by its visitors, as walking past this bar you would not expect there to be an arcade inside which is reminiscent of British seaside holidays in Brighton or Blackpool.
There is an incredible selection of iconic & nostalgic arcade games - from table football and grabber machines, to skee ball and air hockey. The bar alone is a popular attraction, with its 2-for-1 drinks deal, which runs till 9pm, from Sunday to Friday. Every drink purchased comes with something added, such as a pack of Skittles or a little postcard.

They offer guests a candlelit setting for an array of moreish cocktails, both classic and contemporary. The bar staff are expertly skilled at making quirky and specialised cocktails, as well as all the classics, from Espresso Martinis to an Old Fashioned.
If you’re lucky enough to pop into Tilt Bar during Happy Hour, between 5-7pm Tuesday to Friday, you are able to get all their £8 cocktails and glasses of prosecco for only £4.50.

This cosy, relaxed bar is accented throughout with bright strobe lights, from the logo at the entrance to the neon palm trees, lightning bolts and clouds found glowing inside.
There is a wide range of reasonably priced house cocktails on the menu, including a Singapore Sling, Mai Tai and Cosmopolitan. Some of Bunk’s premium cocktails are served up with some nostalgic sweets to garnish, including love hearts and drumsticks. Happy hour is available to everyone from open until 10pm, everyday.
