Boojum: Award-winning Mexican restaurant to open in Nottingham's Lower Parliament Street this autumn
It will create 25 jobs and have seating for 42 diners
An award-winning Mexican restaurant is set to open in Nottingham city centre later this year.

Boojum, which opened its first UK mainland restaurant in Leeds in April, will open its new 2,377 sqft eatery in Lower Parliament Street this autumn.
The new restaurant will have seating for 42 diners and create 42 jobs.
Customers can expect a wide range of mouth-watering Mexican dishes including burritos, bowls, nachos, tacos, chips and salsas.
Established in 2007 in Belfast, Boojum has 17 outlets across Ireland, Northern Ireland and the UK mainland, with the Nottingham restaurant becoming its 18th eatery.
Boojum prides itself on its high-quality, ‘live out loud food’ and is best renowned for its Burrito Bowl, which is the number six top trending dish globally on Deliveroo and rated number one in all Mexican food on the takeaway platform.

Boojum operations director, Rob Powell, said: “Boojum Nottingham marks the next phase in our national expansion strategy, which will see us open 25 new stores over the next five years.
“A lot of love goes into what we do, with a huge passion and commitment for quality and the best tasting Mexican food.
“Nottingham is an ideal fit for us with its eclectic student population and a vibrant and diverse culture and we can’t wait to bring the Boojum vibes to the city’s food offering.”
