Rufford Abbey Farmers' Market: New monthly farmers’ market launching at popular Nottinghamshire beauty spot
The market will take place on the second Sunday of every month
A new monthly farmers’ market is launching at a popular Nottinghamshire beauty spot.
The new market is starting at the Rufford Abbey Country Park on Sunday, September 14.
From then on it will be held on the second Sunday of every month.
This means that there will be a further three markets in the run-up to Christmas, held on October 12, November 9 and December 14.
Described by organisers as a “monthly celebration of British farming”, the market will showcase independent traders and seasonal produce.
Visitors can expect fresh, seasonal produce direct from local farms, alongside artisanal breads, cheeses, meats, and indulgent sweet treats.
There will also be handcrafted gifts and rural-inspired crafts, all lovingly made by passionate producers and independent makers.
Each market will take place between 10am and 3pm.
