‘Lovely’ Nottinghamshire farm shop opening new coffee shop and restaurant later this autumn

A “lovely” Nottinghamshire farm shop is set to open its new Coffee Shop Restaurant later this autumn.

Spring Lane Farm Shop, in Mapperley Plains, is hoping to open its new onsite venture over the next two months.

A notice on the farm shop’s website says: “Our new Coffee Shop Restaurant is currently being built on our site, we're hoping to open late autumn 2025.

“Unfortunately we've hit the odd problem along the way (as you do with these construction projects!) but we're nearly there now!”

A recruitment process for the new Coffee Shop Restaurant is now underway, with vacancies ranging from managers to chefs.

The farm shop, which boasts a 4.6/5 Google rating, temporarily closed for four days last month to allow for car park resurfacing works.
