Spring Lane Farm Shop Closure: Nottinghamshire farm shop to temporarily close this week
“These essential works have been in the pipeline for quite some time now”
A Nottinghamshire farm shop will temporarily close for four days later this week.
Spring Lane Farm Shop, in Mapperley Plains, will close tomorrow (Tuesday, August 12) and reopen on Saturday, August 16.
This is to allow for essential car park resurfacing works, which have been in the pipeline for “quite some time”.
A spokesperson for Spring Lane farm shop said: “Our car park resurfacing works are due to take place over the next few coming weeks.
“Our site will be undergoing major changes so we ask for your cooperation and request customers please follow appropriate traffic signals and signage when entering/exiting and manoeuvring around our car park.
“These essential works have been in the pipeline for quite some time now, but we’ve had to ensure all our utility connections, cables, drains and pipework have been installed first. We’re delighted to say we’re very nearly there with the groundworks!
“Thank you for your patience and understanding as we continue these essential changes to our site, we promise the finished product will be worth the wait! Thank you to all our customers for your continued support!”
Spring Lane Farm Shop opened in 1962 and sells a range of local produce, including meat, vegetables and dairy products.
