Like any city, Nottingham has its more and less lucrative areas. 

Most neighbourhoods in the city are home to people of all occupations and wealth, but it’s fair to say that others are set aside for the super-rich. 

Nottingham-based estate agency Comfort Estates has recently crunched the numbers and made a definitive list of the top five most expensive streets in the city. 

The top five is based on each road’s average house price and the most expensive property sold there in the last five years. 

1. Beeston Fields Drive, Beeston

Average property price: £1.01 million

Average property price: £1.1 million

3. Dovedale Road, West Bridgford

Average property price: £1.3 million

4. Old Road, Ruddington

Average property price: £1.3 million

Most expensive house sold in the last five years: £1.9 million in 2021

Average property price: £1.69 million

Most expensive house sold in the last five years: £2.8 million in 2022
