According to its website, the restaurant will offer a “completely new and unique menu, with a focus on bold flavours at affordable prices”.

Among traditional dishes on the menu, including chicken fillet wraps and popcorn chicken, are more unusual options such as fried chicken feet and chicken heart skewers.

Explaining the exotic menu options, Gai ZAAP says it is “dedicated” to sustainability and waste reduction.

The new restaurant will offer eat-in, collection and delivery.
