Binks Yard's new spring menu includes a pimped-up truffle mac 'n' cheese

Popular Nottingham venue Binks Yard has just revealed its new spring menu, and our mouths are already watering.

From lunchtime pizza deals to a delicious range of small bites, burgers, shawarmas and salads, the Binks Yard menu is sure to put a spring in your step.

You can forget about soggy sandwiches and sad leftovers, thanks to the new £10 weekday pizza deal, that will take your lunches from zero to hero.

Curated by head chef Lewis Thornhill, the menu puts a unique take on many much-loved flavours from around the world.

Menu highlights include the monkfish and prawn shawarma served with Malaysian sauce, spiced peanuts, and apple and kohlrabi slaw, ready to scoop up with a delicious wood-fired flatbread. 

The standout mac ‘n’ cheese - available with king prawn or truffle alongside a three-cheese sauce and parmesan crumb - is the perfect indulgent treat, while Binks Bites such as pulled pork croquettes and halloumi fries with pomegranate seeds and siracha mayo are perfect for enjoying over a drink or combining to create a full meal.

It’s packed with so much choice that we’re sure there’ll be plenty of hard decisions to make when coming to eat at Binks Yard. Whether you fancy a burger, a salad or our brand new mac ’n’ cheese, you’ll know that every dish is made to the highest standard with fresh, British ingredients.

Since launching, Binks Yard has become famed for its high-quality wood-fired pizzas, and now guests can enjoy a new flavour every week.

On weekday lunchtimes, pizza lovers can also get a great deal while satisfying their cravings with the new ‘pizza on the hop’ deal. Available every Monday to Friday, from 12pm to 3pm, it offers a choice of pizzas available at £12, or just £10 for Island Club members.
