The spokesperson did not elaborate on the reasoning behind the decision to cancel this year’s event.
Since its debut in 2020, the annual Christmas light show at the famous hall has grown to become one of the most popular festive activities in the East Midlands.

Last year’s event was bigger and better than ever, with an innovative re-designed trail with a new path, starting from the courtyard and then weaving around the stunning formal gardens of Wollaton Hall and Deer Park.
There was also festive food and cocktails for visitors to enjoy while working their way through the trail.
