Lady Bay, a pub, bar or nightclub at The Lady Bay, 89 Trent Boulevard, West Bridgford, Nottinghamshire was given the maximum score after assessment on August 17, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Rushcliffe's 61 pubs, bars and nightclubs with ratings, 45 have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
