Road closures: seven for Nottingham drivers over the next fortnight
Drivers in and around Nottingham will have seven National Highways road closures to watch out for this week.
But motorists will be able to take some solace in the fact that all of them are only expected to cause slight delays, of less than 10 minutes.

Hide AdThe latest expected works list, with notes from National Highways, shows that one closure already in place is expected to carry on this week:
• A52, from 10am November 17 to 8pm November 21, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A52 eastbound and westbound, Queens Drive to Dunkirk, diversion route via National Highways network for works on local authority network.
And a further six closures will begin over the next two weeks:
• A52, from 8pm November 20 to 5am November 23, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A52 westbound, Dunkirk to QMC roundabout, Lane closures for electrical works.

• M1, from 8pm November 23 to 5am November 24, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M1 southbound, junction 25 to junction 24a, Lane closure due to maintenance works.
• A52, from 9.30am to 3pm on November 26, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A52 QMC, Footway works on behalf of Virgin Media.
• A52, from 8pm November 27 to 5am November 30, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A52 westbound, Dunkirk, Lane closure due to maintenance work.

National Highways is responsible for maintaining motorways and major A-roads, so closures of smaller roads will not be included in their schedule.
