Nottingham's motorists will have four road closures to avoid nearby on the National Highways network this week.

But the news isn't too bad, with all of them only expected to cause slight delays, of less than 10 minutes.

The latest expected works list, with notes from National Highways, shows that one closure already in place is expected to carry on this week:

A52, from 8pm January 22 to 6am March 9, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A52 eastbound and westbound, Dunkirk to Wilford, slip road and lane closures for electrical works, diversion route via National Highways network and local authority network.

And a further three closures will begin over the next two weeks:

A453, from 7pm February 12 to 6am February 14, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A52 northbound, Clifton, Lane closure due to works on behalf of Cityfibre.

A52, from 8pm February 13 to 6am February 14, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A52 eastbound, Queens Drive to Nottingham Knight Island, Lane closures for electrical works.

A52, from 8pm February 24 to 5am February 25, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A52 eastbound, Dunkirk to Queens Drive, slip road and lane closure due to maintenance works, diversion via National Highways network.

National Highways is responsible for maintaining motorways and major A-roads, so closures of smaller roads will not be included in their schedule.
