A Newark and Sherwood takeaway has been handed a new four-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

Newark Pizza And Kebab, a takeaway at 20 Kirk Gate, Newark On Trent, Nottinghamshire was given the score after assessment on January 15, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Newark and Sherwood's 114 takeaways with ratings, 84 (74%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
