A Newark and Sherwood restaurant has been handed a new four-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

Newark Antique Centre Cafe, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at Newark Antiques Centre, Lombard Street, Newark On Trent was given the score after assessment on January 11, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Newark and Sherwood's 244 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 217 (89%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
