Manor Pizza And Balti House, a takeaway at 18 Church Street, Stapleford, Nottinghamshire was given the score after assessment on May 4, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Broxtowe's 90 takeaways with ratings, 51 have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
