Papa John's, a takeaway at Unit 4, 134 Queens Road, Beeston, Nottinghamshire was given the maximum score after assessment on May 26, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Broxtowe's 90 takeaways with ratings, 51 have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
