With temperatures in Nottingham reaching a sweltering 16C, it’s felt much more like the end of April than the start of March.
Over the next few weeks we’re forecast to experience a few more idyllic spring days, presenting the perfect opportunity to get outside.
Day trips are a great way to explore the natural beauty that Nottinghamshire has to offer, although it can sometimes be difficult to know where to start.
