Binks Yard opened last year as part of the Island Quarter regeneration project as bar combined with fine dining and live music. The project will also see a mix of student and non-student accommodation along with food halls and street art displays once it is completed. The area has been a disused space consisting of open fields, abandoned historical factories and car parks.
