McClure’s 41st birthday might not be as significant as the milestone she was marking this time last year, but we know that the Day Fever co-founder loves a celebration.
The Wollaton-born actor, who still lives in Nottingham, has previously revealed her favourite places to visit in the city.
Whether you’re 11, 41 or 101, there are plenty of great ways to celebrate a birthday in Nottingham.
Given her love for the city, it’s unsurprising that Vicky has a few special spots that she likes to visit in her free time.

Wollaton Park

We’d make the most of today’s dazzling sunshine with a birthday walk around Wollaton Hall.
Vicky said: “Being from Wollaton, Wollaton Park is one of my favourite places. It's absolutely beautiful there & if it’s sunny or snowy you’re guaranteed a fun day.
“The Hall is a beautiful Elizabethan Mansion with lots to see inside and there's always loads of exciting events throughout the year!”

Sustenance is required for a full day of birthday celebrations, and we know this is one of Vicky’s favourite spots.
She told Visit Nottinghamshire: “I really like it here, the food is really tasty and it has a really cosy feel to it.
“I often go there with my mum after a long day's shopping in town, glass of wine, sometimes live music, perfect combination.”
Paul Smith

A shopping spree is always a good idea - especially when you have birthday money to spend! And there’s only one place for it, Paul Smith.

“The shop itself has such a nice vibe to it, with different rooms to wander around. The original shop is just around the corner too.”
Ye Olde Trip to Jerusalem

We’d cap off the day with a birthday toast at the city’s oldest pub - that’s totally fit for a Queen!
She said: “The oldest Inn in England! Situated within the caves of Nottingham Castle, it’s already a very impressive place to grab a pint!
“A very friendly place to eat & drink with friends, lots to look at & even a very old-fashioned game, swinging the loop on the horn... I don't know the history behind it but hours of fun!”
