Ted Baker to shut Nottingham store as closing date confirmed
High street fashion chain Ted Baker is to close its Nottingham store later this month, it’s been confirmed.
The brand fell into administration last month, with administrators Teneo subsequently appointed.

Hide AdIt has today (April 8) been confirmed that 11 stores will close by April 19.
A further four stores across the country will close “in the coming weeks”.
The Nottingham store in Bridlesmith Gate will be one of the 11 to close on April 19.

Hide AdA total of 245 jobs will be lost as a result of the closures.
The first store was opened by founder Ray Kelvin in Glasgow in 1988.

Ted Baker had 46 UK stores and employed around 975 people before entering administration in March.
The fashion brand is owned by US firm Authentic Brands Group, following its £211 million acquisition in October 2022.
