Splendour Festival is Nottinghamshire’s biggest festival, set in the beautiful surroundings of Wollaton Hall & Deer Park.

Festival goers can enjoy five stages of music which suit all ages and genres. You can expect to see a range of upcoming stars and music icons.

Alongside the music, you can expect comedy, a funfair, a silent disco, independent market stalls, an array of gourmet food and drink, a dedicated kids’ area, and fringe activities.

When is Splendour Festival 2023?

The Nottingham based festival will take place across two-days on Saturday 22 July and Sunday  23 July.

Gates will open at 11am and close at 11pm each day. Full set timings will be announced closer to the time.

Where is Splendour Festival 2023 taking place?

Splendour Festival will take place on the grounds of Wollaton Hall, which is three-miles west of Nottingham city centre.

Vehicle access to the festival is via the Lime Tree Avenue entrance accessed from Middleton Boulevard.

How can I get to Splendour Festival 2023?

Nottingham City Transport will be providing a frequent service between the city centre and Wollaton Park and back, making it the easiest way to get to and from the festival.

Festival goers can either use Pink 30 for the Wollaton Road entrance or Orange 35/36 for the Derby Road entrance.

The recommended city centre bus stop is on Milton Street, by the Intu Victoria Centre.

If you are driving to the festival, there is event car parking on site. Just follow the yellow Splendour event signs or put NG8 1BT into your navigation system.

Car parking costs £10 and a day, and will open at 9am and close at midnight. Cars cannot be left overnight.

Who is on the Splendour Festival 2023 line-up?

Saturday will see pop band Madness, drum and bass band Rudimental and girl group Sugababes take to the Main Stage as headliners.

Whilst, the likes of Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds, The Kooks and pop band Confidence Man will take to the Main Stage on Sunday.

Eurovision’s Sam Ryder and new Scottish band Altered Images will perform on the Confetti Stage on Sunday.

The line-up for the Confetti Stage on Saturday, and all other stages, is yet to be confirmed.

How do I get tickets for Splendour Festival 2023?

Weekend and day tickets are available to purchase on the Splendour Festival website. However, all early bird (cheaper) weekend tickets have now sold out.

A standard adult weekend ticket costs £102, or adults can upgrade to a VIP weekend ticket for £180. A single day ticket for an adult is £61, whilst a VIP day ticket is £115.

Children under 10 years old have free entry to the festival and do not require a ticket. Whilst those aged 11 to 17 must buy a ticket, and come with an adult.

It costs £67 for a standard youth weekend ticket and £140 for VIP youth weekend ticket.

Youths can also purchase day tickets. It costs £41 for a standard day ticket, or £90 for a VIP day ticket.

City residents, who can provide a City Council Tax account number and local postcode, can buy any weekend or day ticket at a discounted price.

All tickets are subject to a booking fee.

What is and isn’t allowed on site at Splendour Festival 2023?

Festival goers are encouraged to bring:

  • Small foldable chairs and picnic blankets (Allowed within designated zones only. You may be asked to move if space becomes limited)
  • Compact umbrellas and small sun shades for children
  • Sealed non-alcoholic liquids in plastic bottles under a litre in size
  • Picnic food

The following items are not allowed on site:

  • Alcohol
  • Glass bottles
  • Cameras and photography equipment that have detachable lenses
  • Knives, including kitchen knives for picnics
  • Recreational drugs and legal highs
  • Bicycles
  • Fire making kits
  • BBQs
  • Gazebos
  • Pop-up tents
  • Large umbrellas
