Pierce Brosnan sends ‘cease and desist’ to SMS Gallery after ‘false’ art show claims


Hollywood legend Pierce Brosnan has shut down ‘false’ claims that he will be hosting an art show in Long Eaton in December.
In a statement issued to the press on behalf of the star it was revealed a ‘cease and desist’ has been sent to SMS Gallery in Long Eaton.

Hide AdLast week it was widely reported the gallery was charging £500 for ‘meet-and-greet’ tickets for an art show being held by the megastar in December 2023.
The official statement for Pierce’s team said: “Pierce Brosnan will not be exhibiting his artwork at the SMS Art Gallery in Nottingham in December 2023.
“Reports that the SMS Art Gallery has been engaged to host an exhibition are false. Pierce would never charge for a meet and greet.
“Pierce’s attorneys have contacted the gallery and sent a cease and desist letter.

Hide Ad“Pierce looks forward to having an exhibition in the UK in the future and, when the time comes, he and his team will make the announcement.”
The former 007 also posted the statement on his official Instagram page.
