A new study has revealed that residents in Nottingham are among the UK’s ‘biggest complainers’.

Hide AdReportedly people living in Nottingham are among the most likely in the UK to leave a negative review for a business online.
The study, conducted by small business credit card company Capital on Tap surveyed over 1,000 Brits to reveal what drives them to leave positive and negative reviews, as well as who and where in the UK are most likely to give a business negative feedback.
According to the data, Residents of Nottingham are the fourth biggest complainers in the UK with the survey finding 63% of residents have left negative online reviews.

Hide AdIt found the main reasons why people would be inclined to leave a poor review online.
A poor quality product or service is the reason most people would leave a negative review, with 72% of those surveyed saying they would do so in this situation.
People are also more likely to leave a negative review if they have a bad experience overall, whether that be with a national company (69%) or a small business (66%).

Hide AdBrits tend to be a little more forgiving of small businesses as opposed to the larger giants.
