The applicant, Gastronomy Restaurants, has 38 KFC franchise restaurants across the Midlands and North Wales.

If approved, the renovation will include the removal of seating and old kiosks and installation of a new kiosks table in the centre of the lobby.

There will also be a new delivery collection area, with low-level screens separating the area.

Other upgrades include tills set into the counter and new furniture colours.

The variations will only affect the layout of the ground floor lobby.

The restaurant is open 10.30am to 12am Sunday to Thursday, and between 10.30am and 4am on Fridays and Saturdays.
