As the name suggests, the International Market celebrates the best of global cuisine and allows shoppers to try foods they may not have even seen before.
Stalls will include fresh food, treats and quirky crafts from a selection of different countries across Europe and beyond, including Spain, Lithuania, Tunisia, Turkey, Morocco, Ecuador and France.
Last year’s event saw countries as far-flung as Jamaica and Zimbabwe represented by traders in Old Market Square.
