Caves under former Broadmarsh centre in Nottingham to host rare paranormal investigation

Nottingham’s City of Caves attraction is to host a rare paranormal investigation this autumn, with just 13 spaces available for daring ghost-hunters to take part.
The one-night-only investigation, hosted by Staffordshire-based Circle of Friends Paranormal, will take place on October 12.

At around 1,000 years old, the caves are said to be one of the most haunted places in Nottingham.
Used as a bomb shelter during the Second World War, Circle of Friends Paranormal says that visitors have claimed to hear what sounds like explosions going off above them when they visit the caves.
There have also been sightings of a woman dressed in Victorian-style clothing wandering through the caves’ dark, narrow passageways.
