Huge new JD Sports store opening at Nottingham retail park on March 13

There will be a live DJ performance on the opening day

A new JD Sports Store is opening at a Nottingham retail park later this week.

The store, located at Giltbrook Retail Park, will welcome customers from Thursday, March 13.

It will stock a larger range of products compared to the offering available in other JD stores across the country.

Located at Unit 10, the store’s opening weekend will feature live DJ sets and games for shoppers to take part in.

Around 18 roles have been created by the opening, with management and sales assistant opportunities still available.

The store will be open between 9am and 8pm Monday to Saturday and between 11am and 5pm on Sundays.

Since being founded in Manchester in 1981, JD has gone on to establish itself as one of the world’s top sports retailers.

The brand currently has 3,400 stores across 36 territories, employing more than 65,000 people.
