Kushi-ya: Highly-rated Nottingham restaurant moving to ‘bigger and better’ premises


A highly-rated Nottingham restaurant has teased fans with the news that it is moving to a “bigger and better” premises.
Kushi-ya, in Cannon Court, off Long Row, confirmed the exciting news on social media yesterday (Tuesday, February 13).

Hide AdThe Japanese restaurant told customers: “We’re moving! Same vibe, just bigger and better.”
Since opening in 2018, Kushi-ya has earned a strong reputation within Nottingham’s food scene and is consistently nominated for awards.
In March last year the restaurant was named in the coveted Michelin Guide, having been awarded a Bib Gourmand.

Hide AdLast month Kushi-ya was named in SquareMeal’s top 100 restaurants to try in 2024.
Experts described the restaurant’s food as “innovative, refined and affordable”.
The location of the new premises is expected to be confirmed in due course, but customers were quick to share their excitement on social media.
