Brian Taylor, chair of More Community Leisure Trust, which operates the centre in partnership with Serco Leisure, said: “Well done to the team at Holme Pierrepont Country Park, including Contract Manager, Craig Braham and Commercial Manager, Sean Cummings, who have been instrumental in introducing a range of great initiatives at the facility.

“The campsite at the centre has been booming in recent years, with a record number of visitors, so it’s fantastic to be recognised in that category. The centre as a whole has so much to offer in terms of adrenaline-fueled and family fun activities, both on and off the water, so it’s also great news to see us shortlisted as one of the Visitor Attractions of the Year in Notts.”

Sean Cummings said: “2025 is going to be a big year at Holme Pierrepont Country Park, home of the National Water Sports Centre, as we continue to offer not just days out, but weekends away, offering activities and accommodation options to fit every budget.

“I am so proud of our team and the work they do to ensure this impressive facility is a welcoming and fun place to visit for families, thrill-seekers and water sport enthusiasts, both in Notts and further afield.”
