Nottinghamshire officers chase down suspect drug dealer hiding drugs in a children’s chocolate egg
The suspected drug dealer, who had a Kinder Surprise egg full of white powder believed to be cocaine, was chased down by police after he fled his vehicle. He was further arrested for possession of an offensive weapon in a public place after officers also found the suspect with a belt buckle knife.
Whilst patrolling Skegby, plain clothed officers flagged the car down and when they went to speak to the driver, he fled the vehicle running into a garden in Healdswood Street before jumping over a fence.

A member of the public also informed officers that the suspect had also discarded something in some nearby bushes near to where he was detained.
Jon said: “We would also like to thank the member of the public who directed officers to where a Kinder Surprise egg had been discarded.”
A Kinder Surprise plastic egg container was found with several twisted wraps of white powder believed to be cocaine, which are now being tested in a lab.
