Bombay Deli: Authentic Indian delicatessen to open in West Bridgford next week
The opening date for a new Indian delicatessen in West Bridgford has been confirmed, with the first 250 people in line set for freebies.
The grand opening of the new Bombay Delicatessen at 22-26 Carrington Street will take place at 12pm on Friday, April 26.

Hide AdRun by local businessman Rahul Passan, the deli will sell fresh, home-cooked Indian street food.

Mr Passan, who also runs takeaways in Gordon Road, West Bridgford and Radford Road, Nottingham, is following on from his parents who opened their first city shop in 1995.
Alongside Indian favourites such as chicken tikka and samosas will be traditional sweets, including jalebi and barfi.
In a Facebook post, Mr Passan said: “The last few months have been challenging, to say the least.

“We’ve managed to create something unique that I know hasn’t been done before. I can’t wait to welcome you all to our new store!”
The grand opening will feature live Indian entertainment and the first 250 customers will be given a free Bombay gift bag.
The new Carrington Street shop will be open between 8am and 8pm Monday to Saturday and 10am to 5pm on Sundays.
