Here in Nottingham, we have three long-standing Michelin-Star restaurants.
Restaurant Sat Bains holds two stars and a Michelin Green Star for sustainability. While Alchemilla and John's House hold one star each.

This Japanese restaurant comes highly recommended by one of Nottingham's top chefs and has a string of amazing reviews online.
The small but perfectly formed restaurant is all the rage at the moment, with many eager customers struggling to get a table due to popular demand.
Menu highlights include an assortment of epic skewers and kabocha squash croquettes.

It's a rarity to find a restaurant with a perfect 5 stars on TripAdvisor but Sans Patrie has exactly that.
