Speaking to Garden Building Specialists, Tiger, Dawn said: “I’ve been painting seriously since 2013, and after a life-changing moment, I knew I had to make my dream happen. When I first started painting, I originally worked out of our garage, but I wanted a studio at home which is when I thought of converting a garden building.
"After a quick assembly, I was on my way. I absolutely love my studio and it’s the perfect space for me to get creative and follow my passion as an artist. I decorated the studio with recycled items, so the only cost was the £3,500 purchase price.
"I have so many fond memories of being a child in the six weeks holidays, spending them drawing, colouring, and creating, and I’d have loved my own art studio back then. Now I spend my summer with the double doors wide open, overlooking the garden, pursuing my passion."

It has definitely been instrumental in my business's growth and I’m excited to see where the next chapter takes me.
"The space also doubles up as a place to chill out and relax during the summer, which my friends and family also love. To anyone thinking of using their outdoor space to fulfil a dream, build a business, or enjoy a hobby I’d say go for it. My only advice is to remember that size is crucial, so pick a garden building that has plenty of space for your needs.”
