The best places in Nottinghamshire to live in 2025 have been revealed in new research.
Each year, experts from Garrington Property Finders rank locations across the UK on factors including house prices, wellbeing and natural environment.
This year’s rankings have concluded that Redbourn in Hertfordshire is the best place to live in the UK, based on its five criteria.
The top-rated location in Nottinghamshire for 2025 is Edwalton, which was ranked 200th out of 1447 places.
With an average property price of £546,172, the area was ranked higher than other lucrative parts of the county, such as Ruddington and Radcliffe on Trent.
