A Nottingham restaurant has undergone a big transformation and we went along to visit.
Prezzo on Forman Street is the city’s sole central location for Italian inspired cuisine.
There was a range of delicious dishes we tried over the weekend.
What hit me first and foremost, is the quaint and cosy vibes thanks to hanging low pendant lighting and cute and funky artwork adorning the walls.
It’s a nice restaurant that is a good place to visit for groups with varying palates.
So if there’s a bunch of you who all like different things, Prezzo is a nice option to check out.
During my visit I wasn’t expecting to fall big for one menu offering. Morello Cherry Cooler is a mocktail and refreshing drink I could happily have again and again.
It has a base of cranberry juice, cherry notes and sparkling lemon and lime. I asked if I could have it a little sweeter than usual, and I really appreciated that the staff were able to add a personal touch.
I wasn’t expecting the drinks to blow me away. However because I enjoyed the Morello Cherry Cooler so much, Prezzo is the unlikely entry on my list of places to go for a drink.
Here are a few photos of our visit at the restaurant, have you been and what did you think of it?
Location: Prezzo, 21-23 Forman Street, Nottingham NG1 4AA

Crab & Lobster Ravioli was served in a lobster bisque. It was a real taste of the sea. I couldn't see or taste any chive oil, which I think could have been a nice touch to have that tinge of fragrant onion in the background. | Ria Ghei

Prezzo Old Fashioned was punchy with a potent dash of Amaretto. I could happily have this again. | Ria Ghei
