Cleaver & Wake: New luxury Champagne terrace opens by the river in Nottingham
A new luxury Champagne terrace has opened in Nottingham - offering drinkers in the city, something special for their next night out.
The outdoor terrace, at fine dining restaurant Cleaver & Wake, is being run in partnership with Veuve Clicquot.

The new terrace, which has been transformed thanks to an elegant renovation that includes seating for up to 20, will serve a selection of Veuve Clicquot champagnes, including rosé and vintage options as well as a full bar list of wines, including sparkling, cocktails and beers.
While soaking up the rays, visitors will also be able to indulge in a selection of bar snacks and small plates from the Cleaver bar menu, including house-cured bresaola, Chalk Stream trout pastrami and oysters, subject to availability.

The champagne bar is now open to the public from Tuesday to Sunday. Tables are available for walk-ins and can also be booked by calling the reception team. Arpita added: “While it can be enjoyed exclusively as a champagne bar for drinks only, guests who are dining with us at Cleaver & Wake are also invited to visit before or after their meal.
“We know how much our indoor cocktail bar adds to the experience for our guests, but the launch of our new outdoor space offers a new way for visitors to enjoy the Cleaver experience.”
