Going against the grain, it is eschewing the traditional Christmas dinner and offering its usual two dining experiences of a la carte and tasting menu which could feature a festive twist.

The nine-course tasting menu is £65 per person, with an additional £40 for wine pairing. Seasonal dishes are subject to change, however, items from the current menu, to give diners a flavour of what to expect, including faux Camembert (£16), winter squash tart (£9), Brussels kimchi risotto (£9) and chocolate matcha tart (£8.50).
