Beloved stateside for delivering warm, delicious cookies until the early hours, the brand has built a legion of loyal fans in the UK thanks to its indulgent menu that includes everything from chocolate CHUNK (#ChunksNotChips) to Reese's Peanut Butter and Biscoff. Stores also offer seasonal specials, including the fan favourite Red Velvet Cookie for Valentine’s Day - which are dished up alongside the famous cookie’wich, cookie shakes, ice cream, and a host of other sweet treats.
Insomnia Cookies delivery drivers will drop off the freshly baked, warm goods to your door until 3am - and if you want to get personal, you can build your very own customised box filled with your favourite flavours.

Founded in 2003, Insomnia Cookies is the brainchild of founder Seth Berkowitz, who dreamt up the idea while he was a college student looking for late-night snacks. Insomnia Cookies now boasts more than 300 bakeries across North America and has expanded rapidly in the UK in the last year. The new opening will join three locations in Manchester and a newly opened store in Sheffield.
