From renting to rooted: Inside this family’s journey to their first home in Nottinghamshire

Previously renting a two bedroom property in Leicester, Jeveen Jacob (37) and Jincy Solomon (34) were looking for more space and a quiet location to raise their daughter Jenny (7).

Their search was shorter than expected – after hearing about a friend’s positive experience with the housebuilder – they visited The Skylarks and secured their new home on the very first viewing.

Jeveen said: “We feel truly blessed to finally be homeowners. Compared to renting, we now feel much more relaxed and in control.
