Knoops Nottingham: Opening date confirmed for new luxury hot chocolate shop in city centre

The opening date for a new luxury chocolate drinks shop in Nottingham city centre has been confirmed. 

The new Knoops store at 9 Clumber Street will open its doors on Friday, May 3, becoming the brand’s first shop in the Midlands. 

Nottingham shoppers will be able to customise their ideal iced chocolates, milkshakes and hot chocolates from Knoops’ menu of chocolate %s and additions.

Knoops has over 20 different chocolate %s – from 28% White to 100% Extra Dark - nine different dairy and plant-based milks and over 20 extras like sea salt, orange zest, chilli and cinnamon.

The new store is opening in the former Paperchase unit, which has been empty since the business fell into administration early last year. 

Shoppers will also be able to purchase a range of baked goods, including brownies, cakes and doughnuts.

Speaking ahead of Knoops’ 18th UK store opening in Nottingham, CEO William Gordon-Harris said: “Nottingham’s thriving city centre, full of history and shops is fantastic to explore with a Knoops in hand. 

“Bustling with residents, shoppers and students, we’re looking forward to joining the city’s food and drink scene.”
